The
roads in the Free Zone are treated as public highways. Any driver /
operator of a vehicle / equipment must be in possession of a valid
license issued by the Road Transport Department (JPJ) of Malaysia and
suitable for the class of vehicle / equipment being driven / operated.
9.1.2
All
vehicles and mobile equipment such as forklift trucks, including those
whose operations are confined to the tenant premises, need to be
properly licensed by JPJ before they are put into use. Operators and
drivers of such vehicles and equipment must be in possession of a valid
driving license issued by JPJ suitable for the class of vehicles being
driven.
