7.9.0
Public Health Levy (PHL)
7.9.1
The
PKFZ Management attaches great importance to matters concerning public
health, safety and the environment and also expects its tenants to
attach the same degree of importance to such matters.
7.9.2
Free Zone Lessees, except office lease holders shall therefore be required to pay the levy given in the Tariff.
7.9.3
The
levy covers the cost of pest control services. However, this will not
cover the cost of fumigation and termite control services.
