Power of FREE ZONE Management
1.1.10
The PKFZ Management is responsible
for laying down and implementing the rules and
regulations included in this document for the management
of Port Klang Free Zone and to follow the Free
Zones Act 1990, Free Zone Regulations 1991 and
all Malaysian laws.
1.1.11
This publication describes these
rules which are mandatory and therefore, clients
operating in the PKFZ are required to comply with
them at all times.
1.1.12
The PKFZ Management is not responsible
for controlling such matters as copyright, intellectual
property rights, etc. Such matters must be dealt
accordingly by the appropriate external authorities.
