For Representative/Regional Offices |
| A Representative Office/Regional
Office of a foreign company based in Malaysia performs
permissible activities for its headquarters/principal.
Such offices be totally funded from sources outside
Malaysia and are not required to be incorporated or
registered under the Companies Act, 1965 or be registered
with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM). |
